How Our RNG Was Tested: iTech Labs and BMM TestLabs
By Games4Titans · May 25, 2026
Every casino game in the Games4Titans catalog runs on a Random Number Generator with a documented, independent testing history. The RNG was evaluated by iTech Labs in 2014, and the full gaming system was certified to the GLI-19 standard by BMM TestLabs in 2016 — two of the most respected testing laboratories in the gaming industry.
This is not a marketing claim. Both evaluations were documented and backed by signed certificates from the labs.
iTech Labs Evaluation (2014)
iTech Labs is an ISO 17025 accredited testing laboratory that evaluates gaming systems, platforms, and RNG implementations for regulatory compliance across dozens of jurisdictions worldwide.
In March 2014, iTech Labs carried out a full evaluation of the CasinoWebScripts Random Number Generator — the same RNG engine that powers every Games4Titans game today. The testing covered:
- Statistical randomness validation (NIST SP 800-22 test suite)
- Seed generation and entropy source analysis
- Cycle length verification (no repeating patterns)
- Output distribution uniformity across millions of generated numbers
The RNG passed every test, and iTech Labs confirmed that the generator produced statistically random, unpredictable output suitable for real-money gaming applications.
BMM TestLabs GLI-19 Certification (2016)
BMM TestLabs has been testing gaming products since 1981 — one of the oldest and most respected names in the industry. Its evaluation goes beyond RNG testing into full system compliance.
In December 2016, BMM TestLabs certified the entire gaming stack against the GLI-19 Interactive Gaming Systems standard. GLI-19, designed by Gaming Laboratories International, is the benchmark standard for online gaming systems accepted by regulators worldwide.
The BMM evaluation covered:
- Casino platform — core software functionality, player account management, transaction handling
- Remote Gaming Server (RGS) — game delivery infrastructure, session management, bet/win processing
- Random Number Generator — full statistical testing per GLI-19 requirements
- Slot game engine — math model verification, payout accuracy, feature trigger rates
- Card game engine — shuffle algorithms, deal fairness, statistical distribution
- 19 individual games — each game tested for math accuracy, RTP compliance, and correct payout behavior
Every component passed. BMM issued digitally signed certificates confirming GLI-19 compliance. These certificates are available for review upon request by licensed operators and regulators.
What This Means for Operators
When you license games from Games4Titans, you are getting games built on a certified foundation:
- Regulatory acceptance — GLI-19 certification is recognized by gaming authorities in most jurisdictions. Your compliance paperwork starts from a strong position.
- Player trust — a certified RNG means provably fair outcomes. Players and regulators can verify that game results are genuinely random.
- Math model accuracy — the RTP percentages published for each game (visible on our RTP List) are not estimates. They are verified values from tested math models.
- Sweepstakes compliance — for sweepstakes casino operators, a certified RNG is often a requirement from payment processors and legal advisors.
